DOT Certified Intoxilyzer 5000 Operator and Maintenance Technician-2004

Department of Transportation certified operator and maintenance technician for the Intoxilyzer 5000 Breath Testing Device series 6400, 6600, 6800, and 6800EN. Pharmacology of Alcohol, scientific theories concerning infra-red analysis of breath samples.

National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Standardized Field Sobriety Tests; 2003-2004

National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and International Association of Chiefs of Police-certified instructor. Certified to instruct practitioners in the proper administration of the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests as per the standards established by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. The standardized test battery included the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test, the Walk and Turn Test and the One Leg Stand test. The instructional program also includes all phases involved in the detection of the impaired driver.
