Director of Investigations, New York State Department of Health
Directed the reorganization, standardization and increased the overall efficiency of the investigative process related to Long Term Care complaint investigations; standardized the reporting format and preparation for trial/administrative hearing with the Division of Legal Affairs; established and directly supervised the Case Resolution Bureau, which reduced the statewide workload of regional offices by 40%.
