EDUCATION
EW #7734 graduated from Phillips Academy in Andover, MA and Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA with a B. S. in Business Administration, achieving a liberal arts degree and undergraduate business degree in four (4) years.

INVESTMENT EXPERIENCE
He has over thirty (30) years experience in the investment business, including managing client assets on a fee basis as Portfolio Manager and Investment Consultant the past fifteen (15) years.

He began his business career in corporate banking with The Irving Trust Company at One Wall Street in New York City. Then Jack moved to the investment side of Wall Street with the former Walston & Co., Merrill Lynch, and the former Wheat First Securities. Jack formed Colonial Investment Counsel, Inc. a Registered Investment Advisor, in Richmond, Virginia where for ten (10) years he managed client assets on a fee basis. Jack moved to Charleston, South Carolina in the early 1980’s and returned his investment management practice to the former Wheat First Securities, which through a succession of corporate mergers became Wachovia Securities. In April 2003 he and two other partners formed RH Financial Services LLC, an independent Investment Advisor in Charleston, South Carolina. He has worked as a broker, a Resident Officer managing a Branch, a Manager in Branch Administration, Investment Manager and Investment Consultant. Jack has performed services for the U. S. Department of Justice in Washington, DC, a major state agency, numerous law firms, and several private foundations. Clients include individuals and families, trusts, professional groups, and private foundations.

PROFESSIONAL RECOGNITION
EW #7734 has been serving actively on the Board of Directors of a private foundation with assets exceeding $100 million, and is past Chairman of the Finance and Investment Committee.

SECURITIES LITIGATION
He has been serving actively as an NASD arbitrator for ten (10) years, serving as panel Chairman and as a panel member. In addition, he is trained and is active as an NASD Mediator.

He is active as a Consultant and Expert Witness for attorneys representing Respondent firms as well as Claimants in securities cases. He assists attorneys in case preparation, settlement negotiations, Mediation, and Arbitration hearings. PERSONAL
Jack is married with six (6) children and many grandchildren. His health is excellent with a height of 5’-11 ¾” and weight of 174 pounds. Interests include golf, tennis, boating, horseback riding, travel, reading and computers.
