Our most frequent assignment is to determine or evaluate economic damages in a dispute and be prepared to testify about opinions in court or in hearings, as an expert witness. As CPAs, with the additional distinction of being Accredited in Business Valuations, and as former businesspersons, we are especially expert in accounting matters, business valuations, and a wide range of financial issues. We understand the importance of clear, concise and understandable communication of financial analysis and economic damages and have several professionals who have testified many times in U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts, in state courts, and in arbitration hearings.
