He has worked in most every position in banking beginning as a teller, to now working as a senior vice president in commercial lending. Joel has continuously been a top performer at all financial institution he has worked, including but not limited to, top 10 bankers in the country for Wachovia Bank; top 1% of all production loan officers at Wells Fargo; and most recently top loan producer for 2011 for current employer.

Joel's responsibilities day to day include building and managing a bank portfolio of at least $100+ million in assets. He is a seasoned professional who contributes to the loan analysis and decision-making process for loan applications of his credits and those of his market.

In addition to production, Joel plays an integral role is tactical direction of the Bank and direction for the advisory board of the Bank. Furthermore, Joel’s efforts include managing, mentoring, and leading a commercial lending team with focused and measurable objectives. Joel is also focused on expanding brand recognition and awareness throughout the community.

Joel is a key partner on the management team and an active participant in the Bank's successful growth and expansion into new territories for physical locations as well as recruiting talented bankers to join the Bank. Mr. Foxworth is actively involved in the community serving on multiple boards and charitable organizations. He has received a multitude of awards for production, customer service, exemplary attitude, and community involvement.

Mr. Foxworth has a MBA from Lamar University as well as a BBA in Finance.
