Amadou Diallo - New York City - 1999

He  consulted on use of force issues dealing with the tragic and unfortunate shooting of Amadou Diallo in New York City. In this case he was an expert for the Sean Carroll Defense Team dealing with the Justification of Force and Firearms along with 3 others dealing with ballistics, forensics, and tactics. He also commented on ammunition issues used by the NYPD during the shooting.
