Some of the topics he has addressed include primary guiding documents, self-fueling, financial performance, regulations, sponsor assurances, airport relationships, and strategic business planning.
In addition, as indicated previously, for the past several years he has conducted a Primary Guiding Documents Workshop on behalf of AAAE (in conjunction with the FAA). This two-day workshop thoroughly examines each of the primary guiding documents (lease/rates and charges policy, minimum standards, rules and regulations, and development guidelines), which are considered essential to the operation, and management of an airport

Background
Prior to founding Aviation Management Consulting Group, he was employed as a Senior Associate at a firm that specialized in aviation management consulting. He managed projects that encompassed the valuation, acquisition, and divestiture of FBOs, aviation businesses, and airports. He developed RFP documents and managed the entire RFP process on behalf of airport clientele. In addition, he performed (and/or served as project manager for) market assessments and feasibility studies, he developed primary guiding documents, and he completed a number of projects involving general aviation site planning and facility programming.
Prior to entering the aviation management consulting field, he managed the KaiserAir Jet Center in Oakland and Los Angeles, California. His responsibilities encompassed all line service, ground handling and customer service activities; development and implementation of company policies and procedures; employee hiring, training, and scheduling; budgeting and cost control; customer, tenant, employee, and community relations; facility, vehicle, and equipment maintenance; and full administrative responsibility for 22 employees and 3 supervisors at 2 operating locations. In addition to his FBO management responsibilities, he was instrumental in the development of future business and the evaluation of additional operating locations.
He Jeff is currently the Chairman of the Board for an aeronautical engineering services company that provides flight testing/data acquisition services and manufactures data acquisition equipment.
