He served as Vice President Franchises, Executive Vice President and then President of Skipper's, Inc., operator and franchiser of the third largest chain of fast seafood restaurants in the United States. EW# 224 worked as Vice President of Operations and Vice President of Finance for Lum's Restaurant Corporation, a national restaurant chain. His consulting background includes over twenty years in his own consulting practice and with the international hospitality accounting and consulting firm of Laventhol and Horwath.
