Management As the claim manager for two large property casualty insurors, Aetna and Travelers,managed the technical claim handling of personal, commercial and national account claims, ensuring the adequacy of loss reserves in excess of $500 million. Developed and implemented professional claim handling policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state regulatory guidelines.
