Design, review, and construction of utility facilities for water treatment plants.
Conceptual engineering, budgeting, and selection of engineering and construction companies for construction of a 12 million gallon per day (MGD) surface water treatment plant, including intake structures, basin construction, control and feed buildings and equipment, and connecting water mains.
Performed major renovation of a water treatment facility including new intakes, piping, basins, buildings, and chemical feed systems for a 185 MGD surface water facility. Project lasted three years and cost $36,000,000.
Construction oversight and conceptual planning for other tanks, pump stations, office buildings, and booster stations.
Chairman of company safety for 10 years.
Performed OSHA required safety training including confined space, trenching & shoring, and lock out/tag out.

Project Management: Project Manager for construction projects for 25 years. Have handled all phases including conceptual design and budgeting, planning and zoning approvals, building permits, engineer selection, plan review, contractor selection, on-site coordination, invoice approvals, and verifications. Many projects completed while keeping facility in-service.
