Assure adherence to all codes and client requirements. Estimate annual energy costs and construction costs of projects.

In an electrical/mechanical engineering firm, was responsible for over-all coordination of diverse and complex facility projects, including a three-story shopping center with three large anchor stores and a five-story parking garage. Directly responsible for all mechanical aspects of projects, including HVAC, exhaust, piping and plumbing. Met difficult deadlines. Did all Mechanical Engineering.
