EXPERIENCE 1992 - Present PRESIDENT CLM Entertainment, Cumberland, Rhode Island Execute staff training programs and develop operational procedure and policy manuals for all facets of facilities operation. Conduct extensive onsite training programs for facilities in all areas of operation. Serve as expert witness for insurance companies for incident investigation, depositions and trials. Do site inspections of amusement facilities, water parks, hotels, restaurants, places of assembly, casinos and residential complexes. Complete detailed physical facility inspection using National Fire Protection Association, National Electric Code, OSHA and industry standards. Develop comprehensive facility review, narrative, objective and subjective summary reports for insurance carriers. Conduct inspection recap interviews with facility representatives. 1985 - Present FIREFIGHTER Cumberland Hill Fire Department, Cumberland, Rhode Island Provide emergent and non-emergent services to Department. Duties include fire suppression, emergency medical care, pre-planning of structures, facility inspections. Serve as a member on Dive Rescue & Recovery Team conducting underwater searches and rescues. Assist training officer with manpower training including developing training sessions, lecturing and co-ordination of multiple department training sessions. 1993 - 2000 GENERAL MANAGER Providence Parkfriends, Inc. Roger Williams Park, Providence, Rhode Island General Manager of amusement operation in a 435-acre facility in Rhode Island. Responsibilities included long range operational and financial planning, financial management, planning and directing amusement operations, maintenance and food services. Developed facility Risk Management and staff training programs. Co-ordinated and implemented promotions, special events. Guided facility and attraction marketing and public relations. Developed operational procedures, maintenance programs and staff and guest guidelines for facility. 1985 - 1993 OPERATIONS MANAGER Rocky Point Amusements, Inc, Warwick, Rhode Island Reported to Director of Operations. Duties included direct management of ride operations, guest services, emergency medical facility management, park security co-ordination, special events including stage operations, & artist hospitality. Also performed numerous personnel functions including training and maintaining seasonal staff of 600. Developed and implemented ride operator training & safety programs.
