The Firm were established in 1860. National and international clients include consulting engineers, architects, surveyors, civil engineering and building contractors, property developers and managers, lawyers, building materials manufacturers and suppliers as well as government and public authorities.

Sandberg is an independent specialist materials consultancy. The practice has extensively developed and extended its materials related services over the last 135 years into all aspects of civil engineering, building, marine and transport industries providing consultancy, inspection and testing services for a wide range of problems.

The practice offers highly qualified and experienced consultants who are able to fulfil Expert Witness duties in diverse fields ranging from major construction claims and disputes to personal injuries arising from product failures or accidents. Individually designed test programmes are undertaken in our in-house laboratories to support and augment evidence.
