Short Biography:

Specializes in the analysis of damages in personal-injury and wrongful-termination matters, including damages in complex mass-tort and class-action litigation.

He publishes frequently on economic-damages topics and lectures to bar, bench and business groups across the country on the use of economic analysis in litigation.

Served as a member of the faculty of the University of Maryland, Pennsylvania State University and St. Joseph's College. He is a faculty lecturer-in-law at Temple University Law School and publishes papers regularly in professional journals. He is a contributing editor to Medical Malpractice Law and Strategy and Products Liability Law and Strategy.

He received his doctorate in Labor Economics and Statistics from Temple University.

The Center for Forensic Economic Studies is a firm of economists and statisticians specializing in economic and statistical issues in litigation, including:

• personal-injury and wrongful-death damages analysis,
• commercial damages/lost profits analysis,
• business valuations and
• analysis of liability and damages in both individual and class-action employment and civil rights matters.

Founded in 1980, the Center consults clients across the United States and internationally on economic damages and the statistical determination of liability, particularly in employment matters. In addition to litigation support, Center economists consult in non-litigation areas such as labor-law compliance, business valuation and wage negotiation.
