BIO / Resume / CV:
I am a 53 year old Plastic Surgeon and Attorney with 28 years of surgical experience. Previously, I have held major leadership positions including Chairman of the Ethics Committee of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, Chief of the Division of Plastic And Reconstructive Surgery at Wayne State University School of Medicine, Chief of the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Children's Hospital of Michigan and Harper Hospital, and Director of the Plastic Surgery Residency Training Program at Wayne State. I have authored numerous publications including peer reviewed papers and book chapters. I am a member of the most prestigious plastic surgery organizations, including the exclusive American Association of Plastic Surgeons. Most recently, I had a very successful private practice in Las Vegas, Nevada, concentrating in Cosmetic Surgery, with special emphasis on Breast Surgery, Liposuction, and Abdominoplasty.

Following receiving a J.D., Magna cum Laude, from the Wayne State University Law School, while I was Chief of Plastic Surgery there, I have been involved in medico-legal issues, including reviewing cases, acting as an expert witness, serving on the Claims Committee of a Malpractice Insurance Company, and teaching medico-legal courses to practicing plastic surgeons during the Annual American Society of Plastic Surgeons meetings. I now offer litigation support full-time for attorneys requiring expert witnesses, case evaluations, and help with deposing and examinimg opposing expert witnesses. I will help either plaintiff or defense and will aid in finding an appropriate expert for your case if I am not eminently qualified to be the best witness for your particular case. I am well-known nationally for my knowledge, experience and honesty, having been elected Chairman of the Ethics Committee of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, representing virtually all Board Certified Plastic Surgeons in the United States and Canada. The Ethics Committee handles all complains about ASPS members that in recent years increasingly involve expert witness testimony. I will evaluate you case quickly and can meet virtually any deadline.
