I worked 24 years with MSHA, the Mine Safety and Health Administration. I worked 11 years as a mine inspector having conducted inspections on over 1,000 mine properties throughout the United States. The last 13 years with MSHA, I was an instructor at the National Mine Health and Safety Academy. I have trained over 300 MSHA Inspectors and conducted over 275 workshops, for mine safety seminars in three different countries. Through interpreters, I instructed week long classes for mine safety officials from seven countries.   I have worked as a Mine Safety Expert and Consultant with Dial Mine Safety from 2002- Present.   I have consulted for multiple companies in matters of Mine Safety and have served as a Mine Safety Expert for 50 different law firms.   I have appeared on television as a Mine Safety Expert for CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, ABC, NBC, and CBS.
